Description: Writer and artist Phillip J. Powers began his study of Meditation in the early 70’s with a course in Transcendental Meditation and has been studying various meditation, relaxation and affirmation techniques ever since. His class “Meditation-Doorway to the Soul” will employ multiple techniques to reduce stress, produce overall wellness and gain insight into your life.
