Challenge to break 100 Runners/Walkers at Hays Farm parkrun

Hays Farm parkrun is a FREE 5k every Saturday morning at the beautiful Elgie's Walk Greenway. We have the only parkrun in the state of Alabama and 1 of only 94 parkruns in the USA. There are over 2,500 weekly parkruns around the world.

Free & Inclusive: It offers a free, weekly 5km running or walking event open to everyone, regardless of age or ability.

Community-Focused: parkrun events are organized by volunteers and aim to foster a sense of community and promote well-being.

Please come and join us this Saturday (or any Saturday) for a run or walk. Invite your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers. Or people from you running, walking or social group. Our previous record is 90 participants but I know we can reach and surpass 100 with your help.

By growing the Hays Farm parkrun we all benefit from not only having a weekly free 5k but also by increasing the recognition for the parkrun throughout the US and International. Almost every week we have parkrun "tourists" visit Huntsville. This contributes to our economy and exposes our amazing Huntsville community to the world.
