Join POUND Pro Ashley for a POUND workout like no other! POUND is a cardio jam session that mixes yoga, pilates and strength moves set to high-energy music for a fun, full-body workout. This time we will have blacklights glow sticks and glow paint to enhance the POUND experience.
POUND is for everybody and every Body! Come out to Rockout, workout, and release some steam with a great group of people!
We will meet at the Speakeasy in Straight to Ale Brewery 5:45pm to pay and set up your glow attire. The workout will start at 6:00pm!
Please reserve your spot via the signup genius, spots are limited! After reserving your spot you will be directed to pay for your space via cashless option. (Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle) Please put your name in the memo line. You may also pay at the door, cash or electronic payment.
