This is a warm invitation for you to join me for a gentle, beginner-friendly Rongoā Māori workshop. This is a safe and supportive space where we’ll take our time and learn together.
You’ll be introduced to tikanga (protocols) in harvesting and preparing rongoa rakau before being guided step-by-step in making simple, natural remedies like hinu (infused oils), compresses, poultices, and herbal steam blends using native plants and mātauranga Maori.
No prior experience needed, all that is required is an open heart and a willingness to learn.
