Welcome to the Ceremony of Meditation Retreat
Each Meditation Retreat is unique and open to both newcomers and returning retreat participants.
This Meditation Retreat, "The Ceremony of Meditation will be an in-depth exploration of meditation. Through Tantric and Indigenous teachings, we will explore the ancient science of meditation, learning meditation teaching and practices to bring great benefit to our lives.
Retreat Elements will include:
Meditation and embodiment practices to help us find and connect with the Kundalini Shakti, the energy of meditation.
Indigenous practices to connect with Nature and Awareness.
Daily Heart Circle in safe sacred space to practice conscious, authentic communication.
Assimilation exercises to help us integrate learned retreat practices into daily life.
Meditation Mentor Grant Shepherd and Ceremonial Teacher TeRangimarie Gray-Carter will guide us in these retreat elements. All practices and exercises will be taught in a simple, effective format so you can take them home with you after the retreat. Exercises will be interactive and fun; bring your sense of curiosity and play! The entire event will be shared safe space.
