Improvers Yoga Workshop // Nurture Studio Huntly

Tuesday, 23rd and 30th September - 5.30-7.30 PM

This workshop is for everyone who would like to refine their alignment doing yoga. Focusing on the most commonly misaligned yoga poses.

Flowing through this workshop will help you to deepen your practice and awareness in your yoga practice. For everyone who’s doing yoga online and in person.

Be part of shaping the workshop for you. Let me know the poses you would like to deeper connect with.

Spaces are limited to 9 people.
