Aberdeenshire Monthly Walk, (nearly) September 2025

PLEASE NOTE THE DATE!!!!

For (nearly) September's Walk we are going to The Bin Hill, Huntly.

Meet in the car park at 10.45am ready to go at 11am.

All dogs to be on lead, muzzled as required, give hounds you don't know space and pick up your poop (we'll bring a bag as there aren't any poo bins)

Head out of Huntly on the A96 towards Keith and keep your eyes peeled for the brown 'Forest Walks 200m' sign pointing to the car park on the right - there is a long line of wheelie bins by the entrance as a random landmark.

There are two walks, both involve a little initial climb but nothing too strenuous. We will follow the red/blue trails.
Please note there are often horses/horse boxes in the car park when we arrive. Please park responsibly without wasting space and respect the horses/owners. It is safe to park on the side of the track to the car park if required.

Parking is free.
