Tashlich and Shofar at Heckscher park

We invite all Adults and Children, to join us at Heckscher Park, Near the Museum (Pond area) for a fun and meaningful Rosh Hashana Tashlich program. We will listen to the Shofar, sing songs and Recite a prayer.
On the afternoon of the first day of Rosh Hashanah, Tuesday, September 23, 5:30 Pm, it is traditional to go to a pond, spring or river, where there are fish and recite the special Tashlich prayers.
Tashlich means to cast away, we cast away our sins into the water and start the new year from fresh, with a clean record
