We could not be more excited to host a special education workshop on pelvic floor health on February 19th at 6 p.m.
Strong From the Core is an educational, movement-based workshop designed to help you understand, strengthen, and support your pelvic floor as part of your whole body.
Taylor Booth PT, DPT, is a pelvic health specialist pursuing credentialing through the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy.
Taylor will break down what the pelvic floor actually is, how it works with your core and breath, and how to train it properly—without clenching or overdoing it. Expect smart movement, practical tools, and confidence-building education you can take into every workout and everyday life.
Perfect for: all bodies, all ages, athletes, prental/postpartum, peri/menopause, and anyone wanting to move better and feel stronger.
