Small Group Strength Pop-Up

Looking to build muscle at any age? This class is limited to 6 individuals to ensure that everyone receives personal hands-on instruction and adjustments so they can become their strongest and most confident self.
Try this class on Saturday, January 24 in Huntington at 9 a.m. It's personal strength training- with friends!

Space is limited- members drop in free of charge, and non-members drop for $14.
