Join us at West Edge Factory for the launch of a new monthly tradition, the First Saturday Art Market, happening Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM.
We originally planned to kick off this series in February, but winter weather had other plans. Now we are trying again, and we are excited to welcome the community for the first market in what will become an ongoing First Weekend event.
The market will feature 40 Appalachian vendors, including craftspeople, makers, and artists of all kinds, all sharing unique handmade goods. Enjoy live local music throughout the day and farm to table food prepared by The Wild Ramp.
The Turret Gallery will be open with Earth and Blood: Ceramic Works by Josh Perry on view. There will be plenty for everyone to enjoy, with kids activities, hands on art experiences, and time to explore and create together.
Visitors are invited to take part in our 2026 Community Mural called Solidarity, adding their own piece to a collective artwork that will grow over the year.
We are looking forward to gathering together, celebrating Appalachian creativity, and spending the day with you!
