Deep Relaxation, live music by Candlelight

In the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle slow down and gift yourself with this experience of deep relaxation through Restorative yoga. Gina Hart Smith will offer a calming, soothing and supportive Restorative yoga session. Using our props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) creates a fully supported experience. This class will be enhanced by the acoustic guitar stylings of Mark Smith. Included in the experience is an amazing herbal tea from Appalachian Roots Apothecary in Wheeling, WV.
