👨🍳 Chef Joe will lead the live cooking demo, guiding participants through simple, chef-level techniques for prepping, roasting, and cooking beets in delicious, approachable ways—from earthy and savory to bright and fresh.
🌱 Chef Devyn, our Farmer Liaison and seasonal produce expert, will walk you through the beet family—from classic red beets to golden and striped varieties. You’ll learn how to select the best beets, store them properly, and understand how flavor and texture change with different cooking methods.
🥕 Miss Leah, our Registered Dietitian, will share the nutritional benefits of beets, including how they support heart health, energy, and overall wellness—and how to easily incorporate them into a balanced, family-friendly diet.
