Not long now until summer fest 2025 kicks off...
Starting from 6pm Friday 22nd August.
We have a fully stocked outside bar of Gin & Rums to try out. We will also be serving food from our bbq in addition to our regular menu selections.
Friday evening we have two very talented musicians, kicking off at 6.30pm with Hugo Fletcher followed by music by Bethany Jane.
Saturday we will continue with the live music at 2pm with the great Ian Jeffs. Following this we will be hosting a charity fundraising event in aid of raising funds for Jamie’s Quest for lifesaving cancer treatment So bring your x-factor and get ready for some real fun as our local legend Damian King hosts a charity Karaoke. With all proceeds going to the charity. We will be giving some prizes for the best and most entertaining performances!!
Then we will have our evening entertainment kicking off with another Godmanchester local Ady Bright @theBrightSession who will definitely entertain you with his amazing vocals, followed by the marvelous band Vertigo to round off the evening.
But the fun doesn't stop there... As we have round 3 on the Sunday!! Another fun packed day of music and activities for all ages. At 3pm The Krakens will be getting you up out of your seats and dancing with their high energy rock covers. Damian will be back hosting an afternoon of charity bingo and pub games for Jamie’s Quest for lifesaving cancer treatment including Play your Cards Right! With lots of prizes on offer, not just for the winners!! Then again into the evening with another two talented musicians, lovely local girl Sophie and Ady Bright @theBrightSession will be our final act closing the festival on the Sunday evening.
