Parent & Child Breathwork,Sound and soft connection

The Gentle Thread is a parent and child (aged 7+) heart-led session for parents and children to connect through shared breath, sound, and movement.

Together, we’ll explore calming breathwork, soothing sound baths, and playful movement designed to nurture presence, joy, and deep connection.

All you need is a yoga mat each, pillows and blankets and an open heart ready for connection.
