Dance aerobics with Salsa

Dance the night away with these fun fitness classes, including a dance aerobics warm up and salsa routine, followed by tone and stretch. Suitable for all levels of fitness with both low and high impact options. (Please wear trainers).
For the toning section, small hand held weights are optional and you may wish to bring your own mat. It's just £7 entry, with five and ten class passes or subscriptions also available.
Cash or card payments accepted on arrival, or pre-book and pay online. Classes held at the school hall in Fenstanton
