Caregivers Support Group: Navigating Relationship Changes

Join us to meet other caregivers in the area and to discuss the importance of self-care. This month our guest Derek Rose from Moment Counseling will discuss how to navigate the relationship change while being a caregiver.

This program is intended for adults.

There will be a short presentation, time for questions and then time to mingle and chat with other caregivers.
