Invasive Plant Removal

Join NCWF Charlotte Wildlife Stewards Chapter to remove invasive species at Unsheltered Tortoise and Turtle, a local rescue and rehabilitation facility. Volunteers will discover how to identify invasive plants, including English ivy, Nandina, and Japanese honeysuckle, and practice removing them by hand and with tools. Stick around after the event for pizza and a campfire!
