This will be the LAST Potluck and Valve Cover Race of 2025!
Let's make it a JOYFUL one!
Please note that we have extended the event by 1 hour!

Food, Games, Contests, Trophies & Prizes!
UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER CONTEST:
Wear your most bizarre decorated Christmas sweater to enter the contest!
A select panel of judges will narrow it down to 3 ugly sweater wearers!
Then the guests will vote for their FAVORITE of the 3!
Winner will take home a Trophy & $25 Visa Gift Card!
And of course bragging rights!
ALL AGES MAY ENTER CONTEST!
SNOWMAN HUNT:
There will be Snowmen hidden all over the Community Center!
You may collect the Snowmen throughout our Fellowship time!
The person with the MOST Snowmen before the Valve Cover Race Begins will WIN!
Winner will take home a Trophy & $25 Visa Gift Card!
ALL AGES MAY COLLECT THE SNOWMEN!
No pushing, shoving or fighting over the Snowmen!!!
If you are caught acting in this manner, you will lose that Snowman!
Play NICE & have FUN!
SNOWBALL RACE:
Participants will carry snowballs (cotton balls) with a plastic spoon from one table of buckets across to another table of buckets!
If you drop your snowball, leave it and go back to get another one!
When the timer goes off, the one with the MOST Snowballs on the other side will WIN!
If there is a TIE, then a race amongst those tied will be ran to determine the winner!
Winner will take home a Trophy & $25 Visa Gift Card!
ALL AGES MAY PARTICIPATE!
MUSICAL CHAIRS:
An Old Fashioned FAVORITE!
Participants will circle around the chairs while Christmas Tunes are being played!
When the music STOPS, everyone that can, SITS down!
The one left STANDING is out of the game!
This continues until there is ONE left!
Winner takes home a Trophy & $25 Visa Gift Card!
ALL AGES MAY PARTICIPATE!
GIFT SARAN WRAP GAME:
The finale of games!
There will be a BIG BALL of Saran Wrap with gifts, prizes, money & candy inside!
Participants will wear Oven Mitts & be on a Timer, while trying to unwrap the Saran Wrap!
Any Items that fall out during your turn is yours to KEEP!
The game will continue until all of the Saran Wrap is unwrapped!
The BIGGEST surprise will be in the center!
That will conclude our games!
Ugly Sweater Winner & Snowman Hunt Winner will be determined before the race begins!

Door Prizes to be given away after the Awards Presentation!
If you plan to RACE ONLY and you wish to be entered into the Best Design Competition, please arrive by 3:00 PM!
Best Design Voting will begin at 3:30 PM!
The Voting Window is SHORT to allow time to tally the votes and to get Racer Names put on the Bracket Board!
Make sure your Valve Cover Racer is in the Best Design Line Up before 3:30 PM!!!
Registration is now First Come First Served for ALL Racers! If you have your own build, make sure you arrive promptly!
The Race will begin at 4:00 PM!
Trophies will be Awarded after the Race.
We will try very hard to keep on schedule with all of the activities!
NO FOUL LANGUAGE!
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED!
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE!
PLEASE NOTE:
Unless you have been assigned a job or asked to help with clean up, please collect your items and promptly Exit the Building!
This will allow us to have a quick process of clearing out.
We understand that everyone wants to help and we greatly appreciate it!
We also understand that folks like to continue their fellowship after the event.
However, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation and ask that you please leave after the event!
