We will have a time of Fellowship prior to the race!
If you plan to RACE ONLY and you wish to be entered into the Best Design Competition, please arrive by 2:00 PM!
Best Design Voting will begin at 2:30 PM!
The Voting Window is SHORT to allow time to tally the votes and to get Racer Names put on the Bracket Board!
Make sure your Valve Cover Racer is in the Best Design Line Up before 2:30 PM!!!
Registration is now First Come First Served for ALL Racers! If you have your own build, make sure you arrive promptly!
The Race will begin at 3:00 PM!
Trophies will be Awarded after the Race.
NO FOUL LANGUAGE!
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED!
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE!
PLEASE NOTE:
Unless you have been assigned a job or asked to help with clean up, please collect your items and promptly Exit the Building!
This will allow us to have a quick process of clearing out.
We understand that everyone wants to help and we greatly appreciate it!
We also understand that folks like to continue their fellowship after the event.
However, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation and ask that you please leave after the event!
