Sunset Yoga at the Stable (with Sound Bath)

End your day in a state of relaxation and mindfulness with Sunset Yin Yoga at the Stable!

Sunset yoga includes watching the horses graze nearby while listening to the sounds of nature and a sound bath with views of fields and ending with a view of the sunset. You don't want to miss this unique grounding experience!

You're invited to attend:

☀️Sunset Yoga on 9/24 from 6-7:15 pm

- All ability levels welcome! This session will focus on yoga stretches while grounding yourself, releasing stress and helping regulate the nervous system
- Must be 12 years old or above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- $25 for the yoga session
