Refund Policy

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least two days prior to the scheduled time. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that individuals who do not attend the event or appointment will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations may be submitted via telephone or email, provided that notification is given at least 48 hours in advance of the event. Furthermore, please be informed that a notice period of at least 14 days is required for any modifications or cancellations pertaining to party favors. Thank you for your understanding.
