Telling Your Life Story Through Music - NO MUSICAL SKILL REQUIRED

Participants will spend the day in a relaxing environment, light lunch and refreshments included, and we'll share in a time of remembering the music that has touched our lives.

Some of the benefits of this work:
*we explore our own life stories through music.
*we experience the well-being and energy that comes with
revisiting our music histories and telling our stories.
*we might name the difficult times as well as happier ones.
*we will help each other create two resources for ourselves and/or family: a ‘Personal Soundtrack’ and a ‘Significant 12’ list.*
