Intergration (and exhalation!) Retreat & gathering of friends

$100 ($25 per day $50 overnight)

Sat: 1:30pm - meet at Wellington Park entrance
1:45pm - Forest Bathing Walk guided by Sussanna Czerenko N.D. and David Schleich
4pm - Cold Plunge guided by Dr. Czerenko
5:30pm - Pot luck meal
7pm - Integration/Inspiration Sharing Circle
(bring Poetry, Story, Song, thoughts, feelings, stories) followed by a Sing/Play Along Jam!Facilitated by Brian Paul D.G.

Sun: 10am - Yoga with Dianne Beckett
11am - Cold Plunge - 12pm - Pot luck meal
1:30pm - Colour Your Vision with Sarah McKen
