Breastfeeding Class

Expecting moms and their support persons will learn the basics of breastfeeding, discover how lactation works and gain confidence in breastfeeding before their journey begins.

Taught by Christine Vitzthum, Certified Lactation Consultant and Family Nurse Practitioner, who has a special interest in lactation, pediatrics and helping families navigate in their new roles.

• Common Breastfeeding Challenges
• Latch and Positioning Techniques
• How to Know Your Baby is Getting Enough
