Sunday Beach Yoga ☀️

Start your Sunday off right with a rejuvenating yoga flow at Hudson Beach! Join us at 8 am for a one hour session led by Paulina ❣️

All levels are welcome! We'll be meeting to the left of Sam's Beach Bar if you are looking at the water.

The flow is free, but donations to support Paulina are graciously accepted.

All you need to bring is a towel, water, and a friend! See you on the beach! ☀️
