Senior Ballet

A gentle ballet class designed for adults 50+, though all are welcome! We begin with a soothing stretch at the barre, move into a classical ballet barre, and finish in the center with graceful, simple movement phrases that leave you feeling radiant and strong. Wear comfortable clothing with ballet shoes or bare feet.
