Jazz/Lyrical or Teens & Adults

This class blends the strength and sharpness of jazz with the fluid, expressive movement of lyrical dance—making it the perfect class for both the technical dancer and the creative spirit. Dancers will work on flexibility, turns, leaps, and jazz technique while also diving into the artistry and storytelling that lyrical brings to the floor.

The class is open level, so whether you’re returning to dance or trying it for the first time, the instructor will meet you where you are. Expect a great workout, lots of encouragement, and choreography that helps you move with both power and emotion.
