ARMY GUIDELINES
What to Bring:
• Fully assembled army
• Physical dice (no dice apps permitted)
• Tape measure
• Legal and up-to-date rules (physical or digital; Wahapedia is not an accepted rules source)
• Secondary mission deck and challenge cards
• Physical mission deck for rules verification
• Wound markers (wound trackers or 10-sided dice preferred)
• Laser pointer or line-of-sight tool (recommended)
• Display tray or rolling cart
• Wounds must be clearly marked as Wounds Remaining
Army Construction Requirements:
• Maximum of 2000 points
• Built using “Muster Armies” (Core Rules pages 55–56)
• Army lists are locked after submission
• Only the Games Workshop app or New Recruit are acceptable
• Builders must be on the current version at time of submission
• Forge World units allowed (No Titans)
• No Legends units
• No Fortifications
• You must possess the official rules (physical or digital)

EVENT RULES
Round Duration:
Each round is three hours total, equal to one hour and thirty minutes per player.
This time allotment is per person and must be managed responsibly.
Mission Format:
Matched Play Missions Deck 25–26.
Suggested Time Flow:
Pre-Game Setup and Secondaries: 5 minutes
Deployment: 10 minutes
Turn 1: 20 minutes
Turn 2: 20 minutes
Turn 3: 15 minutes
Turn 4: 10 minutes
Turn 5: 10 minutes
Additional Rules:
• All current index/codex materials, FAQs, errata, and dataslates remain valid until expiration
• The TO may make rulings or adjustments as needed for fairness and clarity
Painting, Modeling, and Composition:
• Minimum of primed models required for paint points
• WYSIWYG is mandatory
• Third-party models and conversions allowed only if recognizable in silhouette, size, base size, and wargear
• Proxies that do not resemble the intended model are not allowed
• Conversion approvals must be requested by [Date]

PRE-EVENT PENALTIES
List Submission Expectations:
Lists must be submitted on time and in the correct format.
Late submissions result in an automatic 10-point penalty applied to Round 1.
No exceptions and no extensions.
If the tournament fills and your list has not been submitted by the deadline, your spot will be forfeited and moved to the waitlist.
Formatting Issues:
Formatting errors must be corrected before lists become public.
No penalties apply unless lists go live with errors.
Illegal Lists:
• Judges will correct the list with the minimum possible change
• If major corrections are required or if an illegal list appears intended to gain an advantage, additional penalties may apply
• All corrected lists must be approved by judges
Judicial Authority:
Judges may impose penalties not listed here if necessary for event integrity.

EVENT PENALTIES
The event uses a tiered penalty system.
Infractions accumulate across the entire event.
Penalty Tiers:
First Offense: Official Warning
Second Offense: Second Warning
Third Offense: 10-Point Deduction
Further Offenses: Additional penalties determined by the judging team based on severity and impact
Consequences of Excessive Penalties:
Players with repeated violations may be subject to:
• Additional point deductions
• Forced review of their ongoing games
• Game forfeiture
• Removal from the event (zero points for remaining rounds)
Judges may escalate penalties if behavior disrupts event integrity or sportsmanship.

UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES
Agreeing on Results Without Playing:
If players falsify a game result or agree on a score without playing, all participating players will receive severe penalties that may include removal from the event or future participation bans.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND SLOW PLAY
Players are expected to finish games on time.
Penalties apply to consistent failure to complete games.
First Offense: Verbal warning
Second Offense: Written warning
Third Offense: 10-point deduction
Further Offenses: Additional deductions at judge discretion
Penalties apply regardless of which player caused the delay.

If an issue arises, call a judge before considering a concession.
If a game is conceded:
• Opponent receives full points
• Conceding player receives zero points
