Double Sling Flow

Elevate your aerial skills and explore new dimensions of movement in this one-of-a-kind double sling workshop. Join expert instructor Erik Bang for this all-levels workshop to explore more advanced movement and build strength using two aerial slings. Challenge yourself with dynamic poses, flow through unique floating transitions, deepen your stretches, and fine-tune your alignment—all while benefiting from the added stability of working with two aerial fabrics. Twice the sling means twice the fun!

Prerequisites: This aerial workshop is open to All Levels and up. Participants must be comfortable inverting and able to climb into a Goddess pose.
