The holidays aren’t stressful because of what’s happening around us — they’re stressful because of the expectations we carry. We have countless things we feel we should do to make the season special, but in the process, we often end up exhausted, irritable, and even run down.

Join Mary Beth Bolles, a Certified Transformation Coach, for a transformative 90-minute evening of grounding, reflection, discovery, and release. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, roles, and identities that keep us overextended, and learn how to reclaim a calm, authentic, joy-filled way of being.

During this interactive workshop, you will:

• Identify the expectations that add stress to your holiday experience
• Understand how “shoulds” quietly shape your life and where they come from
• Honor, address, and release messages that no longer serve you
• Envision the holidays without the weight of unnecessary pressure
• Step into the season with a fresh perspective and renewed presence

Mary Beth creates a heart-centered space for connection, support, and reflection, helping each participant discover her own version of holiday peace.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Each attendee will receive a Holiday Journal to capture insights and continue releasing the “shoulds” throughout the season.
