Make a Self-Reflection Mirror 🪞

We’ll be talking about “reflective practices”, which simply means learning ways to pause, notice our feelings, and understand ourselves better. This can help us feel calmer, kinder to ourselves, and more in control of our emotions.

We’ll also get creative by making a colourful mirror keepsake you can take home - a reminder of your own strengths and self-awareness.
