August Weekender Shindig

Get ready for The August Weekend, a festival of music and arts at the North of England Centre for Music & Arts.

Join us Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August 2025 for two days of live tunes, workshops, and creative vibes. Headlining: “The Valleys”, with a lineup including pop, folk, and reggae acts to keep you dancing all weekend.

Saturday features DJ Alicia on the decks

Sunday brings “likkle worrier”and his big reggae sound machine.

Plenty of food cuckoo stone pizza!, craft stalls, and family-friendly activities too for all your little ones!
