Year End Reflect & Restore Yoga Workshop

Start of the New Year right with a gentle restorative yoga class for all levels. Set your intentions and start the new year on your mat focusing on some selfcare with stretching, meditation and journaling exercises as we look back on our old year and things we want to let go of, and forward to the new year to set our intentions.

Journal will be provided or feel free to bring your own.

*please note attending previous sessions is not a requirement. Any seasonal sessions can be attended independently.
