*Classes are $20 per person, per class.
*Be sure to dress comfortably and warmly as the movements in this class may not generate a lot of heat and it will be chilly inside the cave.
*Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to use the restroom, as there are no restrooms in the cave.

Meet Ashley Horning , the passionate owner and instructor behind East Worcester's new and upcoming vibrant yoga studio, The Jungle Lounge. With a wealth of certifications and experience, Ashley is dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. Ashley is a 200HR RYT, Level II Reiki Practitioner, & SUP Yoga Instructor( just to name a few). She is a mom of two adventurous kids, Peyton & Jackson, a nature lover & outdoor enthusiast.
Ashley discovered yoga as a tool for managing stress and chaos of everyday life. Through yoga she has found solace in the practice, embracing her true self, curves and all. Experiencing profound transformation in body, mind, and spirit herself; Ashley hopes to do the same for you with her fun-loving classes that nurture your body ,mind, and spirit.
