This gentle, trauma-informed class is designed for those that have difficulties sitting on the floor/have limited mobility. Jess will gently guide you through breath practices, moving meditations and gentle movement from a chair and standing, drawing from Kundalini Yoga, Qigong, and somatic healing flow modalities from the comfort of your home or in our beautiful studio in Howell. No need to get down on the floor and no experience necessary! This practice is designed to restore and tone your nervous system, mind and body, increasing flexibility, neuroplasticity, and connection to self. Scientific research has shown that regular practice of kundalini yoga improves sleep and stress response, reduces symptoms of anxiety and CPTSD, increases emotional regulation, focus, memory and so much more. This class is offered in person and online with recordings available in members portal. Book this class at a one-time drop-in rate or included in Ultimate and "Jess in-person" memberships.
