Red, White, and Bootcamp (Ages 10-15)

Get ready to sweat, push, and power through! This 60-minute Boot Camp Circuit combines strength, cardio, and functional training for a full-body burn. Rotate through high-energy stations designed to boost endurance, build muscle, and torch calories. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, every round is scalable, challenging, and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and accomplished. Let’s move with purpose — no fluff, just results.
