Mindful Movement Monday is a no-pressure class where you get to slow down, stretch a little, breathe a little, and give your brain and body a break. Every session begins with a centering meditation, eases into mindful movement (usually a blend of a blend of yoga, tai chi, & gentle stretching), and finishes with a guided meditation cool-down.
It’s not about being flexible, strong, or “good at yoga.” It’s about showing up, moving how you can, and leaving feeling better than when you came in. Think of it as an hour where no one needs anything from you, and you don’t need to perform or keep up. You just get to move, reset, and maybe even laugh a little.

About the Instructor
Hi, I’m Dr. Ronnie Moresi, a physical therapist who specializes in chronic pain and conditions. That means I know how to adapt things so they actually work for your body, energy level, and comfort. I care way more about how you feel leaving class than how your poses look during it! We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and I’ll help you modify everything so it fits your body. You don’t have to be flexible, coordinated, or pain-free — you just have to show up as you are.
