Join us at Quartz & Company for a hands-on introduction to the art of lactofermentation! Whether you’re brand new to fermentation or just curious about how to make your own probiotic-rich foods, this workshop will guide you step by step through the process of making classic cucumber pickles.

This is a beginner-friendly class—no prior experience necessary! All materials will be provided. You’ll leave with a jar of your own pickles to continue fermenting at home and the confidence to expand into other veggies.
