Kula

Join us for our first Kula yoga teacher gathering where we kick off the conversations with, "What does community mean to you?" As the gatherings continue, we will build on our conversations as we spend time connecting every other weekend.

There are supportive props at the studio, but if you feel the need to bring something from home to support you while we spend time on the floor, please do!
