Chung Do Association Night: 3 Step Sparring

This month’s Chung Do Association night will be led by 4th Degree Black Belts Sharon Thornton and Jamie White of Lyndell Institute. Join us in a seminar on the fundamentals of 3-step sparring in preparation for our November tournament! This class is open to students of all ranks from all association schools.
