๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ is a special edition Sound Spa experience designed to help your nervous system step out of survival mode and into deep, restorative calm. This is not about โpushing throughโ or trying harder. Itโs about giving your body the conditions it needs to soften, release, and recover.
Many of us stay in high-functioning burnout without realizing itโtired even after rest, more reactive than we want to be, and carrying tension in the jaw, shoulders, and chest. In this session, youโll be guided through a gentle opening meditation, followed by a full sound immersion with crystal bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments that support downshifting and nervous system regulation.
You donโt have to do anything perfectly. You simply lie down, get cozy, and let the sound do the work.
