Affirmation Yoga

Affirmation yoga combines physical yoga postures with repeated positive words or statements to cultivate specific intentions, such as self-love, peace, or strength. After selecting a face-down affirmation card without reading the other side, Registered Yoga Teacher Lynne Bondy will guide us through a meditative practice and then shift to the affirmation cards. We will be encouraged to reflect on the card we have chosen and how we can incorporate the affirmation into our own lives. A simple yoga flow will follow, inviting everyone to explore self-care in a supportive environment.

This calming class is an excellent way to prepare your mind and body for the upcoming spring season of renewal and is geared toward ages 14 and up. Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel or blanket, and any other yoga props you wish to fully embrace this opportunity for personal renewal and growth.
