This small-group energy circle blends Reiki healing, guided meditation, and intention-based reflection to help you rewire the way you relate to your own thoughts—and ultimately, your truth.

Led by Nicole Ribet, Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive guide, this session is a space to quiet the noise, reset the nervous system, and align with the part of you that deserves softness and strength in equal measure.
