Zumba Class at the Farm

Zumba is a fun way to stay active, which is particularly important as we age. We are thrilled to offer a Zumba class tailored specifically for older adults during their Senior Mornings gathering time. We’ll provide the water and snacks while our instructor goes through a fun Zumba class paced perfectly for our adults! Attendees will each get a Zumba fitness towel.
