Zen & Zest Mid-Conference Yoga Reset Unwind, reset, and reconnect during the National Black MBA Association Conference with an immersive yoga and sound healing experience designed to help you recharge both body and mind.

Your ticket price includes a yoga mat and wellness kit.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of downtown Houston, this all-levels session is held on the scenic Jones Lawn at Discovery Green®, the largest and most iconic green space in the park. With panoramic views and an atmosphere that merges nature with city energy, the lawn offers the perfect setting to release tension, find focus, and prepare for the rest of the week with renewed clarity.

Led by wellness instructor Farida Meguid and accompanied by the soothing tones of Saumil Manek’s crystal sound bowls, this 60-minute session blends dynamic flow yoga with calming sound healing to strengthen the body and restore the spirit.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is curated to meet you where you are. Come ready to breathe deeply, stretch intentionally, and leave feeling elevated.
