Emery is a hiking, camping, and backpacking enthusiast with over 30+ years experience. He's a thru hiker, section hiker, and is well versed in everything backcountry from traditional backpacking, ultralight backpacking, to mountaineering and technical ascents. He's an Eagle Scout, former paramedic, and LNT trainer.

Whether you’re a seasoned backcountry chef or just learning how to boil water without burning it, this workshop is packed with inspiration to level up your camp kitchen game.
