Join us for the Sunnyside Fall Bash Block Party and Health Fair, a vibrant celebration of community, health, and unity! Hosted by the African American Health Coalition (AfAHC) and Equity Bridge LLC, this event is all about bringing folks together to enjoy good vibes, great resources, and even better company.🎉
What to Expect:
Health Screenings: Free blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol checks to keep you in the know about your health.
3 on 3 Teen Basketball Tournament: Teens 14-18 have an opportunity to win $300 as they go head to head with other teams.
Spades Tournament: A great way to have fun and engage with neighbors in the Sunnyside area. So grab your spades partner and register for the tournament.
Resource Fair: Over 20+ organizations offering support for housing, food security, employment, and more.
This event is your chance to connect with neighbors, access essential resources, and celebrate the strength of our community. Let’s make health equity a reality—one block party at a time!
