In recognition of World Alzheimer’s Day, this Studio Scholars session on Wednesday, September 24, will focus on the emotional and physical toll of caregiving and the importance of support systems for those caring for individuals with dementia.
Katie Scott, CEO of CarePartners, will lead the session and guide participants through exercises designed to help identify signs of caregiver fatigue. She will also share practical strategies and resources available to support caregivers when these challenges arise.
CarePartners, founded in 1986, is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that supports older adults, individuals with dementia, and the caregivers who walk alongside them through free, community-based programs.
