Quick & Easy Bratwurst

For ages 16 & up

Learn to make one of the best wursts—delicious, juicy bratwurst—by hand. We cased traditional German techniques and we’ll share them with you so you can pick up the most useful tips and tricks for making your own wurst at home. During class, you’ll learn how to prepare and season, stuff, and cook brats to perfection. At the end of class, you’ll sit down and enjoy your bratwurst alongside classic wurst friends; mustard and sauerkraut.

Hands-on. You will be working with a small team. For ages 16 & up.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
